  • Soil: Grapes from various quality vineyards in the Arco de São Jorge area.
  • Winemaking: Grapes pressed in a continuous press. Fermentation stopped by the addition of wine alcohol (96%).
  • Tasting Notes: Bright golden color, with aromas of flowers, ripe citrus, almonds and honey. On the palate it is full-bodied, smooth and balanced, with a long and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Malvasia aged in Canteiro for 10 years in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 13ºC and 14ºC

  • Conservation: The wine has been filtered, does not require decanting, and remains in good condition for several months after opening.
