  • Soil: Vineyard with sandy soil with rolled pebbles at an altitude of 50 meters.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand, only in the morning, to preserve maximum night-time freshness and maintain maximum quality. When they arrive at the winery, they undergo rigorous sorting, being crushed and destemmed, followed by total fermentation in the wine press.
  • Tasting Notes: Violet color. It has an aroma of wild berries, olives and cocoa. It has perfect acidity and smooth, silky tannins. A focused wine of great purity.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in new and used French oak barrels of 500 liters and 225 liters.
