  • Soil: The grapes come from an extreme vineyard of the Tinta Roriz variety.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, during the month of September. The grapes were received at the winery, on the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and then “berry by berry” by an optical selection machine. Fermentation was carried out in a wine press, with pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a deep ruby colour, with ripe red fruit on the nose, especially cherries and dark plums, and a slight floral and spicy touch. Very fresh and concentrated on the palate, with expressive tannins suggesting a high ageing potential.
  • Maturation: 18-month internship.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
