  • Soil: Sandy loam soils originating from shale and greywacke.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes carefully selected in the vineyard and winery. Gentle destemming and crushing, cold skin maceration for 4 hours before fermentation begins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23º.
  • Tasting Notes: A deep-colored, concentrated wine with a complex aroma, spicy character and great freshness. A wine with excellent tannic structure and balanced acidity that will allow excellent aging in the bottle.
  • Maturation: Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 18 months.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
