  • Soil: Poor soils, predominantly limestone.
  • Winemaking: Grapes carefully selected in the vineyard and winery with destemming and pressing very gently, separating only the must's tears. Static decantation for 4 hours. Fermentation in new French oak foudre and second-year French oak barrels, at controlled temperature. Aged in contact with the fine lees for 12 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Clear white wine with a citrus color. The result is a wine with an intensely citrus aroma with mineral notes that refresh the whole. The acidity is well-marked but not exaggerated. It finishes with plenty of freshness and persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged in used French oak barrels for 16 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
