  • Soil: Sandy loam soils originating from shale and greywacke.
  • Winemaking: Grapes carefully selected in the vineyard and winery. Gentle destemming and crushing, without skin maceration before the start of fermentation. Vinified in 225L 4th-year French oak Chardonnay barrels. Fermentation at controlled temperature in a cold chamber at 14ºC for 2 weeks and final aging on fine lees for 10 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Rosé wine with a light and delicate color. Delicate aroma of wild berries, blackberries and wild strawberries, and slightly floral. Great vivacity and freshness on the nose and palate, supported by balanced acidity.
  • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
