  • Soil: Plots of centuries-old vineyards, planted at an altitude of between 750 and 850 meters, with a poor and uneven schist-granite transition soil, which demonstrates surprising acidity.
  • Winemaking: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they are carefully selected by hand, destemmed and crushed by foot in a granite press, where they ferment using indigenous yeasts. At the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense ruby color. Complex, rich and intense aroma: notes of rockrose, resin, eucalyptus, cloves and fresh red fruit (blackcurrant and cherry). In the mouth, great texture and volume, wrapped in a fresh and mineral acidity.
  • Maturation: Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
