  • Soil: Vineyard plots planted at an altitude of 700 meters, with a schist-granite transition soil, poor and uneven, which demonstrates surprising acidity.
  • Winemaking: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they are carefully selected by hand, destemmed and gently crushed. They are pressed in a pneumatic press and the resulting must is decanted in a stainless steel tank at 8ºC for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 30 days and is then aged for 8 months with the fine lees stirred.
  • Tasting Notes: Greenish citrus color, with expressive aromas of fresh fruit (pineapple, lychee, pear and apricot) in perfect harmony with floral notes. In the mouth, it has great volume and structure, supported by a lively and refreshing acidity.
  • Maturation: Aged for 8 months with stirring of the fine lees.
