Bone Red is a wine with an intense ruby colour. It has an intense aromatic impact, with a fresh and Atlantic profile, with spicy notes along with nuances of blue fruits and light vegetal notes. In the mouth it reveals a very fine cut with freshness, making it an excellent accompaniment to a variety of cuisines. It has a long finish, reminiscent of iodized and saline notes.

  • Soil: The grapes come from vineyards in clay-limestone soil.
  • Winemaking: Careful selection of grapes grown at Quinta do Valdoeiro. Total destemming and fermentation at controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense ruby colour. Intense aromatic impact, with a fresh and Atlantic profile, with spicy notes along with nuances of blue fruits and light vegetal notes. In the mouth it reveals a very fine cut with freshness, instilling great suitability to accompany a variety of cuisines. Long finish, reminiscent of iodized and saline notes.
