  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The grapes were completely destemmed and then subjected to pre-fermentation skin maceration. The wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which only 3 were chosen for bottling. After bottling, and before being released onto the market, it remained in the cellar for a further 12 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Light yellow color. It presents aromas of cereals, citrus fruit, vanilla, dried fruits and minerality. The palate reveals citrus fruit, vanilla, stone fruit and butter.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 6º and 8ºC
