  • Winemaking: Crushing with total destemming, gentle and prolonged skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Clear appearance, intense garnet color with slight violet tones. Complex and elegant, it presents nobility as a result of the long months of maturation in barrels and bottles. Fruity, elegant and with excellent volume in the mouth with a distinct persistence in its finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. 12 months of maturation in the bottle.
