  • Soil: Vineyard with lithic, non-humic soil, of light-textured granite in a Mediterranean climate with some continental influence.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest into 15 kg boxes. Total crushing and destemming with protection against premature oxidation. Clarification by gravity in 18 hours. Controlled fermentation between 20ºC and 22ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrine color with greenish hues. Delicate aroma, with notes typical of the unmistakable character of the Riesling grape variety.
