  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Naturally fermented by foot until the exact point of extraction, then pressed and aged in second wine barrels, where it completes barrel fermentation, as well as malolactic fermentation and aging for another 14 months, until it is bottled at the end of everything. The process includes a small passage through the cement trough, giving it rusticity and final fineness.
  • Tasting Notes: Aroma of light pine yam, some wild fruits, hints of herbs and slightly barrel-like aromas. A red wine with a vegetal side, giving it freshness. In the mouth, good tannins, some fruits and light minerality.
  • Maturation: Fermented in used barrels and aged for a minimum of 16 months.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
