Cistus Reserva Red is a clear and bright wine. Cherry colour with purple hues. On the nose it is floral, full of violets, rockrose, white pepper, cloves, mineral and with notes of well-integrated wood. On the palate it presents power and structure, lots of volume with enormous freshness. Mineral notes, spices, cherry and chocolate appear. Great persistence.

  • Soil: The grapes come from vineyards located in the Douro Superior.
  • Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel vats with temperature control. The wine is then aged in American, French and Hungarian oak barrels for a period that varies depending on the characteristics of each harvest.
  • Tasting Notes: Clear and bright. Cherry color with purple hues. Floral on the nose, full of violets, rockrose, white pepper, cloves, mineral and with well-integrated wood notes.
