Haru is a wine with a medium strawberry pink colour, with abundant fine-grained tears. On the nose, it is intense and persistent, with notes of red fruits mixed with white flowers and hints of peach. On the palate, its ageing on lees is evident, giving the wine a silky finish. A long and persistent wine with a very intense finish.

  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The summer months were generally warm, but with significant fluctuations that unbalanced the ripening of the grapes, resulting in a very long harvest but with excellent ripening indices. The harvest was carried out manually in 12kg boxes. The Grenache was harvested on September 9th and the Monastrell on September 12th, a few weeks before the grapes used to make the red wine.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with a medium strawberry pink colour, with abundant fine-grained tears. On the nose, it is intense and persistent. On the palate, its ageing on lees is evident, giving the wine a silky finish. Long and persistent wine with a very intense finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees. Then aged in the bottle for 3 months.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
