Machoman 2021

Machoman is a wine with an intense and bright cherry red colour, overlaid with medium-intensity blue and purple hues. On the nose, the wine is unique and singular. Balsamic and menthol notes, with rosemary, thyme, lavender and pine standing out, a pure reflection of the terroir (woodland). Presence of ripe red fruits of plum, blackberries, blueberries and blackcurrant in a luxurious wrapper of smoky and dark chocolate, toast and spices with hints of minerals and tobacco. On the palate, it presents ripe and sweet fruit, but at the same time it is fresh, balsamic and with a silky and balanced passage typical of great wines due to the nobility of ageing in wood.
