  • Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed and left to macerate in 1000-liter vats. The grapes from the Vales plot were pressed after 2 days and the grapes from the grandfather Farmer's plot were pressed daily, albeit gently, for a week before being pressed.
  • Tasting Notes: It is a fresh red, with smoky and fruity notes at the same time. Easy to drink and a good companion at the table.
  • Maturation: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
