  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in clay-limestone soil.
  • Winemaking: Harvested in small boxes and respecting the integrity of the grapes. Pressed in a pneumatic press. The most noble portion of the must is collected from the delicate crushing, which, after static clarification, is fermented under temperature control.
