Arvad Negra Mole is a very open ruby-colored wine. It has an aroma with earthy notes, some aromatic herbs and also fresh cherry and raspberries that emerge. On the palate, it displays all the elegance of the Negra Mole grape variety, very smooth and medium-long.

  • Soil: Stretching along the left bank of the Arade River, the vineyard takes root on the north-facing slope with a privileged view over Silves.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest into 15kg boxes, grape selection and fermentation for 10 days at 22ºC followed by maceration for 1 month.
  • Tasting Notes: Very open ruby-colored wine. Aroma with earthy notes, some aromatic herbs and also fresh cherry and raspberries are revealed. On the palate it shows all the elegance of the black mole variety, very smooth and medium-long.
  • Maturation: Aged in 750-liter clay amphorae for 7 months.
  • Serve: Between 12ºC and 14ºC
  • Winemaker: Bernardo Cabral
  • Conservation: Keep the bottle in a horizontal position.
  • Food Pairing: Pairs well with appetizers and salads, baked fish dishes, Asian food or white meats.
