  • Winemaking: Grapes pressed in a continuous press. Fermentation stopped by the addition of wine alcohol (96%).
  • Tasting Notes: This wine has a golden color, subtle and polished oak notes, ripe citrus, floral hints, dried grapes, and honey. It is a smooth-textured wine with a mineral touch, a fresh and energetic acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Verdelho aged in Canteiro for 10 years in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 11ºC and 12ºC

  • Conservation: The wine has been filtered, does not require decanting, and remains in good condition for several months after opening.
