  • Winemaking: Manual harvest with selection on the plot. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 21ºC and 25ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel with whole berries and 20% of the stems. Maceration for 30 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Open ruby color, aroma of red fruits and orange blossoms with balsamic notes. It has good acidity, soft tannins, and a fruity and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in 5000L French oak barrels
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Nuno Franco and Alexandre Relvas
