Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Vineyard with sandy soil at an altitude of 50 meters.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked, only in the morning, to preserve maximum night-time freshness and maintain maximum quality. When they arrive at the winery, they undergo rigorous sorting, then undergo gentle pressing, followed by full fermentation in 500L barrels. After fermentation, the grapes are aged for 10 months, during which the fine lees are kept in suspension.
  • Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. It has an aroma of lychees, mandarins and a combination of citrus and vanilla. It is a full and harmonious wine, with good structure and balanced acidity. Good persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 3 months in stainless steel and aged for 10 months in bottles.
