  • Soil: Vineyard of 2.5 hectares planted in 2003, on a property with a total of 12 hectares, located on a large hill with an average altitude of 375 meters, exterior sun exposure, with a slope of 20%. Granite soil.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were harvested on the 10th and 14th of September.
  • Tasting Notes: A distinctive white wine with a fabulous color, compelling aroma and elegant flavor.
  • Maturation: Fermented in French and American oak barrels with bâtonnage for 10 months. After bottling, it remained in the cellar for 9 months.
  • Serve: Between 11ºC and 13ºC. It should be decanted 1 hour before serving.
  • Winemaker: Francisco Montenegro and Amílcar Salgado
  • Conservation: Immediate consumption.
