  • Soil: Grapes from several quality vineyards in the Jardim da Serra and Ribeira da Janela area.
  • Winemaking: Grapes pressed in a continuous press. Fermentation interrupted by adding wine alcohol (96%).
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with greenish-gold nuances. Aromas of dried fruits, pine, resin, wood, and orange leaf. Mineral, salty palate, with a prominent and fresh acidity. Dry and almost endless finish.
  • Maturation: Sercial matured in Canteiro for 10 to 14 years in French oak casks.
  • Serve: Between 11ºC and 12ºC
  • Winemaker: Ricardo Diogo V. Freitas
  • Conservation: It stays in good condition for several months after opening.
  • Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, with savouries, olives, onion soup, octopus salad, sautéed mushrooms with garlic, oysters and cheeses.
