Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Vineyard with clayey loam soil at an altitude of 50 meters.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked, only in the morning, to preserve maximum freshness at night and maintain maximum quality. When they arrive at the winery, they undergo rigorous sorting, followed by fermentation in a wine press. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: It is a light red wine. It has an aroma of cherry, spices and aromatic herbs. Flavor with notes of cherry reinforced with spicy and floral touches, round and silky tannins.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in new and used 500-liter and 225-liter French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
