  • Soil: Sandy loam soils originating from shale and greywacke.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes carefully selected in the vineyard and winery. Gentle destemming and crushing, cold skin maceration for 48 hours before fermentation begins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: A wine with a fragile ruby-garnet colour. A fresh and refined aroma, with notes of red berries, plums and spices. The attack is medium-bodied and very fresh. A wine of great elegance and texture, finishing with firm, present tannins.
  • Maturation: Aged in used French oak barrels for 14 months.
