Giz Espumante Cuvée de Noirs 2018 is a wine with a complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of red fruit (ripe cherry, raspberry) and light floral hints. Notes of toast and brioche add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it is an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish.

  • Soil: The grapes come from centuries-old vineyards, from the Baga variety planted in poor, stony soils.
  • Winemaking: Lightly pressed grapes with whole bunch. Extraction carried out in February 2019. After fermentation in the bottle, a 30-month rest on lees was added.
