  • Soil: Wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, grown in the mountains. This is an undated blend, with wines from various harvests, carefully selected from the producer's best.
  • Winemaking: This wine is the result of careful vinification using the classic “tanning” process, with partial destemming. The resulting must fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (26-28ºC) for 7 days. 40% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months at the legendary Adega Regional de Colares.
  • Tasting Notes: A wine with a timeless tone, with notes of liquorice, cassis, cedar and woodland, on a smoky background. Fresh and saline, clearly perfumed with the essence of the place where it was born.
  • Maturation: 40% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months at the legendary Adega Regional de Colares.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Francisco Figueiredo
  • Conservation: 10 years or older.
