Marmelar White has a light yellow color with golden reflections. Intense aroma with citrus attack, notes of candied fruit with a touch of vanilla and marzipan in a slightly toasted finish. Generous and very rich mouthfeel, with fruity flavors well integrated in the lightly toasted base in a harmonious and elegant environment with a fresh and quite persistent finish.

  • Soil: Clayey loam soils with quartz outcrops.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked into boxes. Cold crushing using only the must from the tears. Cold fermentation in open spouts in 500-liter French oak barrels. Battonnage with fine lees during aging in wood.
