  • Winemaking: Manual harvest into 15 kg boxes. Total crushing and destemming with protection against premature oxidation. Clarification in 18 hours. Controlled fermentation between 20ºC and 22ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrine color with greenish hues. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas, with a slight floral hint reminiscent of Cardo Serrano. Very tasty on the palate with an elegant acidity and a passionate freshness.
