Tintoreto Touriga Franca & Touriga Nacional is a wine with an intense violet colour, with floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional and menthol notes. Deep on the nose, with notes of black fruit, rockrose, flowers and pink pepper. A wine with a harmonious start on the palate that evolves into a wine with excellent volume and fine tannins, a broad and long red that finishes with excellent freshness and persistence.

  • Soil: The grapes come from vines over 25 years old.
  • Winemaking: The grapes from previously selected plots were harvested at the end of September 2017 and transported in 22kg food-grade plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the winery entrance. The grapes were destemmed and crushed, after being foot-trodden and with indigenous yeasts, fermentation began and continued in the wine press, where they remained for 11 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense violet colour, with floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional and menthol notes. Deep on the nose, with notes of black fruit, rockrose, flowers and pink pepper. A wine with a harmonious start on the palate that evolves into a wine with excellent volume and fine tannins, a broad and long red that finishes with excellent freshness and persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 36 months in a cement tank.
