  • Soil: Vineyard with clayey and shale-limestone soil.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, with the grapes transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing them. Alcoholic fermentation in used 225-liter barrels for three weeks.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with a deep ruby color and a very intense and complex aroma with notes of dried fruits. In the mouth it is elegant and well structured.
  • Maturation: Aged for 2 years in used 225-liter barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
