  • Soil: Extreme vineyard of the Sousão variety.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, during the month of September. The grapes were received at the winery, on the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and then “berry by berry” by an optical selection machine. Fermentation was carried out in a wine press, with pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: Opaque ruby hue with violet reflections. Intense aroma of fruit (blackberries and blueberries) with vegetal notes, complexed by nuances of dark chocolate.
