  • Soil: The grapes come from an extreme Syrah vineyard. Trained using bilateral cordon pruning.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, during the month of September. After a careful selection of Syrah grapes, the vinification was carried out in wine presses, after a cold pre-fermentation maceration.
  • Tasting Notes: When tasting, this Syrah presents a ruby color, revealing an intense aroma of red fruit jam and forest fruits on the nose. The touch of spices is present throughout the tasting, demonstrating good structure and an enveloping body on the palate. Round, tasty and fresh finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
