  • Soil: Centennial and pre-centennial vineyards, where we find the Fernão Pires, Bical, Dona Branca and Rabo de Ovelha varieties, among others not identified.
  • Winemaking: It is a white wine made in the old-fashioned way, using grapes from centuries-old vines, including the Fernão Pires, Bical, Rabo de Ovelha and Dona Branca varieties, among others that have not been identified. Fermented for 12 days in an open wine press, using the fermentation method, with indigenous yeasts.
  • Tasting Notes: Aroma with hints of orange blossom, medlar, peach, nectarine, white pepper, honey, chalk and light salinity. Hints of chipped stone and notes of tea. In the mouth it is fresh and structured with a long, tense, complex finish, full of individuality and character.
